Guarantee policy: In order to guarantee the reservation we ask for a credit card, otherwise, after the 17:00 hours of the day of arrival, the reservation will depend on the availability. Non-guaranteed individual reservations are subject to availability. We require the full payment of the first night of stay to guarantee a reservation.
Cancellation policy: You can only cancel an individual reservation 24 hours prior the arrival date in order to receive the refund the 100% of your payment. This refund will be done within 15 working days. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior arrival date are not accepted.
Extra person policy: Extra person charge is for $110.00 pesos per extra person in room.
Children policy: Up to 11 years old minors are considered children. 12 years old and older will be charged as adults; 2 children under 12 can share the room with 2 adults in the available beds.
Pets policy: Sorry, pets are not accepted.
Oversold policy: In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from Internet Power, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
